KUNDALINI YOGA
Kundalini Yoga, often called the "Yoga of Awareness," combines conscious breathing (pranayama), guided movement (postures), meditation and mantra (chanting) into powerful sets called kriyas. Kundalini Yoga is a powerful and effective form of yoga. Beginners and experienced yogis are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket for meditation.
