Learn a brief history, use and misconception about hypnosis and how it helps people from all walks of life to lose weight, quit smoking, and reduce stress. Hypnosis is a holistic approach to self-improvement and was accepted by the American Medical Association (1954) as an effective tool. Also included is a short demonstration for stress relief using “Progressive Relaxation” in an actual hypnosis session. Students are completely aware & in control. (This is not stage hypnosis.) Questions & Answers session will follow the hypnosis demonstration.
