FREE HYPNOSIS SEMINAR
Learn a brief history, use and misconceptions about hypnosis and how it helps people from all walks of life to lose weight, quit smoking, and reduce stress. Hypnosis is a holistic approach to self-improvement and was accepted by the American Medical Association (1954) as an effective tool. Also included is a short demonstration for stress relief using “Progressive Relaxation” in an actual hypnosis session. Students are completely aware and in control. (This is not stage hypnosis.) Optional: Bring a comfortable lawn chair.

LOSE WEIGHT WITH HYPNOSIS
Can you lose weight but just can’t keep it off? You will lose weight each week by re-programming your mind for success. The hypnosis will reinforce your strong desire to eat nutritious foods, smaller portions and motivation to exercise. Progressive relaxation and Native Music is used to reduce the stress that can trigger overeating. Optional: Bring a comfortable lawn chair.

QUIT SMOKING THROUGH HYPNOSIS
Can you quit smoking only to relapse again into this costly and harmful habit? Are you tired of spending all your cash on smoking? This class will help you reduce the cigarettes you smoke until you no longer desire to smoke. You will learn new skills to reduce the stress that may trigger a desire to smoke. Wellness coaching, progressive relaxation and mindful focusing techniques are used to assure success. Bring a full pack of cigarettes to 1st session and optional comfortable lawn chair.
