HATHA YOGA
Yoga is the union of heart, mind, and body that integrates all the parts of ourselves into a unified whole. In this all levels class we will integrate this union through breath, movement, and meditation, to calm the mind and increase vitality in the body. Whether you are experienced or new to yoga, this class will assist you in finding union and balance both on the mat and throughout your day. Please bring a yoga mat to class.
