There are few things more elegant and fun than afternoon tea, and what better way to surprise your friends than with High Tea in your own home! Learn to make great dishes like Cucumber Sandwiches, Blueberry Scones and Lemon Squares. You’ll be cooking and eating, so come hungry and prepared for a busy couple hours! Lab fee of $20 is payable to the instructor at the time of the class.
